Set up insurance with Bruce with the help of Nick for my recent car purchase. Soon after when my dog fell ill, they arranged a payment plan which has enabled me to slowly chip away at the outstanding premium. It had been tricky for me to find insurers willing to offer me a service at all due to my previous driving history. For Bruce to offer me the fantastic policy that they have, and on top of all the above, their friendly service and the assurance of consistent help has gone over and above all expectations I have come to expect from an insurer. We were near the beginning of a lengthy trip to the Eastern States travelling when we received a message that a large tree had fallen in a storm and destroyed the water tank at our holiday house near Margaret River. Lauren and the team at Bruce Insurance were terrific to deal with despite our isolation - the tank had been replaced by the time we next visited Margaret River. Excellent work 👍
